This family-centered vacation rental offers the famous Newport Beach within steps of your own private unit. The only way to truly experience the beach in Newport is to stay in a vacation rental. While staying on Newports Balboa Peninsula, an array of beach activities awaits you. Each unit boasts all the comforts of home with all the best that Newport has to offer. Please be aware that there will be an additional cleaning fee of USD 195.00 and a USD 500.00 refundable security deposit due upon check-in. The minimum age to check-in is 25. Family fun abounds with a host of available activities along our six miles of picturesque sandy coastline as well as in and around one of the greatest small yacht harbors in the world. Each unit has at least one parking spot and every unit is no more than 10 row houses from the beach. The boardwalk is nearby for such activities as bicycling or skating. You can also take a sport fishing excursion for a day on the high seas or fish off the Balboa or Newport Piers. The pier areas hold the majority of the main attractions on the Balboa Peninsula. The Piers are surrounded by a multitude of shops and restaurants, from fine dining to family dining, and everything in between. The Balboa Pier is also home to the only beach fire pits on the Peninsula. There is a Ferris wheel, carousel and video arcade at the Balboa Fun Zone. You can jet ski, para-sail, rent a boat, surf, or catch a weekend over on Catalina Island. Across from the Balboa Pier is the historical Balboa Pavillion and the gangway to the Catalina Flyer, Newports high-speed catamaran service to famous Catalina Island where you can visit for a day or more of adventure across the channel.
