Non-refundable damage waiver USD 55.00 plus tax. For stays of 3 nights or less, a USD 70.00 plus tax cleaning fee will be added to check-in charges for all 2 bedroom units. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Check-in at 12815 Highway 98 West, Suite 100, Miramar Beach, FL 32550. Minimum age at check-in is 25 and is strongly enforced. Reservations made under false pretenses are null and void and subject to eviction. All reservations require a credit card at check-in. All after hours arrivals must stop by the front desk the following day to complete check-in procedures and pay all applicable fees.
