The 2-Bedroom 2-Bath Apartment is approximately 1 076 square feet /100 m2/ and contains two bedrooms each with its own bathroom that has a shower toilet and sink. The master bedroom has a king bed dresser closet and TV. The guest bedroom has two queen beds dresser closet and TV. Separating the bedrooms is a laundry facility complete with washer and dryer. The apartment also contains a fully equipped kitchen with stove refrigerator and dishwasher. The separate dining and living area with a TV opens up to a patio that opens up to a private garden and swimming pool. This luxurious apartment is suitable for full-time residents or daily guests. Directions

There is only one road on the north coast of the Dominican Republic and it passes by both the entrance to the airport and Cabarete Lifestyle Resorts. Upon exiting the airport turn left onto Highway 5 and go east. The drive is about 20 minutes and you will pass through the city of Sosua which is about half-way. For reference as you enter Cabarete the Cabarete Lifestyle Resorts are located three blocks east of the Wyndom Tangerine Hotel which is on the north side of the road on the ocean. As you approach Cabarete from the west a good landmark is a tall cell phone tower which is located on the west side of Cabarete. Once you pass this tower on your right the left turn into the Cabarete Lifestyle Resorts is just ahead on the left.

All of the Cabarete Lifestyle Resorts are situated in the center of Cabarete Bay which is internationally known as a paradise for windsurfers kite surfers and small craft sailors. It is a 20 minute taxi ride east of Puerto Plata Airport which is located a few hundred miles southeast of Florida. For reference it is located approximately 60 miles south of the Turks and Caicos islands. Once at the Cabarete Lifestyle Resorts everything is within walking distance. And there are two ways to get around. One is to walk along the sidewalk by the road and browse through numerous shops and establishments. The other is to walk along the beach and approach all the shops and restaurants from the Ocean side of Cabarete.

In 2006 Cabarete was host to several Laser Sailing events including a regatta and a training session by the US Olympic team. Laser Gear is available to rent at the Bic Center located in the center of Cabarete.Windsurfers have been coming to Cabarete for over 20 years for good wind and big swells. Almost all conditions exist in Cabarete. There is flat-water inside the reef and side shore wave sailing outside the reef. The wind usually starts soft and builds up in the afternoon. If you are windsurfer who has never been to Cabarete you must come.Cabarete Lifestyle Resorts is located on a section of beach in Cabarete called Bozos Beach. This is the best place to launch and land kites in Cabarete since the beach is very wide more than 60 meters in some parts so there is usually plenty of room to pump up your kite and layout your lines.Aside from the Bozo beach area Cabarete has several other excellent spots for kiteboarding including Kitebeach Encuentro for 5 meter waves and La Boca flat water where the river meets the ocean. Downwinders are very popular on the north coast because of the safety due to predictable winds and almost constant beach access along the north coast. 10 mile downwind trips of two hours in Cabarete are a must...There are two good golf courses near by Playa Dorada about a 40 minute drive and Playa Grande about an hour drive. Plans are underway to build a golf course just down the street from Cabarete Lifestyle Resorts. Check back in 2007...Good snorkeling can be done in Sosua about ten miles west of Cabarete. There you will also find several outfits who offer Scuba diving.There are many other local excursions such as hiking repelling down waterfalls climbing waterfalls check with the local operators when you are in town.
