Lunch is served Monday to Friday until 2-00 pm and an extended brunch menu is available from 11-00 am to 1-00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Brasserie Margaux dining room is open for dinner between 5-00 pm and 10-00 pm daily. In addition the Brasserie Margaux Restaurant has just welcomed the arrival of a Prime Rib Tableside Carving Trolley from Brussels - Belgium.
