Cancellation Policy

Winter: Cancellations prior to 45 days of arrival are charged a 100USD fee. If reservation is canceled within 45 days of arrival, payment is non-refundable. Summer: A 50 USD fee will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours of arrival.
