The Riu Florida Beach Hotel is a newly renovated Beach Front Hotel that offers an outdoor swimming pool/ childrens pool/ poolside bar/ restaurant/ a boardwalk/ and rooms with a spectacular ocean front view. Valet Parking will be available at a charge 14USD per day starting January 01 2007. Check-in time after 4 p.m. Check-out time before 12 noon. Children 13 years of age an older pay adult rate. Maximum occupancy per room is 4 persons, including children and babies. Minimum Age for check in at Riu Hotels is at least one person of 21 years or older in every room - NO student groups under 21 years or SpringBreakers are accepted all year round. During March and April the Hotel reserves the right of admission and therefore we may not admit any room in which all guests are younger than 21 years. - This situation can have serious consequences and should be avoid it at any cost No pets allowed.
